Our product line includes coextrusion heads from 2 to 10 layers and also, mono coextrusion and multiple Parison heads used with Shuttle and wheel machine.

Coextrusion Heads

We can provide conversion from a single layer head in a Shuttle or wheel machine to Coextrusion Multiple Parison Head with satellite etruder fitting in a compact design, and operating control panel.

Advantages:

• Advance design allowing to purge and change colour in a short period of time.
• Able to run Nylon, Evox, PP, Post Consumer HDPE and Virgen HDPE.
• All heads are designed as per customer specifications.

Monolayer Heads

Advanced torpedo-type design provides uniform melt distribution.
Ability to process Nylon, EVOH, PP, Post consumer HDPE or PET thermoplastics.
Universal adaptability to any blow moulding machine.
Conversion kits available for PE or for changing centre distances.
• Polyethylene head from one to ten parison -Tooling sizes: 25 - 220 mm.
• Single, dual, triple and quadruple blow moulding heads.
• Heads from one to four parison.
